1st annual Project Rebirth cookout.
While talking last night, I heard a slew of new voices on the comms and figured it would be a good idea for all of us to get together.
Now I know this is next to impossible, but in the last few nights I noticed that the about 60% of the Project members have been on at the same time.
With summer vacation in full effect we could do a little roleplay.
Hence the cookout.
there is a lot of potential for roleplay in this, without all the life and death stuff we normally do, and the level grinding that can get tedious at times I figure something a little more laid back would offer a nice diversion.
This would also give guys like me a chance to meet some of the potentials that want to join, or recruits recently joined.
If successful we could get other non-Project friends involved, as Whale has a huge following.
Re: 1st annual Project Rebirth cookout.
If it happens to fall on a Thursday or Saturday night, I could probably be there. Those are my only free nights right now, though, that I'm not either working or playing a tabletop RPG.

You bring the weenies, I'll make the potato salad. I have been told I make a pretty mean potato salad. Just let me know time and place and I'll try to be there.

Briare's bringing potatoe salad? Count me in. I'll bring the Quayle.

I'll bring a peach cobbler, along with appologies to anyone that actually tastes it.
I nominate Gorgo for bringing the keg!
Let me run an idea past ya. How about combining the cookout with the Bizarro? Here's what I was thinking. We choose a park (I know one in Kings Row that's close enough to tram), and start the picnic. Chat, maybe take some team photos. Then for he big event, after my cobbler of course. We have the bizarro fashion show. Each player in turn logs in their bizarro and parades him/her around.
