A FEW QUESTIONS?? Am looking into moving aboard and have the following questions. 1) do you have to pay ctax as well as mooring fees? 2) Is it essential to have boating experience b4 moving aboard,or can it be picked up reasonably easily? 3) Are canal boats a good investment or do they devalue at the same rate as cars/caravans? I have a million more questions but will not take up any more of your time...for the moment. Thanks for your time. Paul |
