you can make a stealing limit: no money, and only up to 20,000 worth a week. you get stealing points, so if you wait 4 weeks, youll have 80,000 stealing points and can steal a dragonice, but then if u get caught in the 3 hours, you get your stealing points deleted and the dragonice back in Pokemart. then you have 5,000 stealing points.

Dragonchu's idea sucks. Stealing Points? Bah. I mean, you should have to earn money. Criminals was gettin way out of hand, and cops were acting like a bunch of donut-eatin Coffee-slurping idiots. Most criminals and cops abused there Job, and therefor, we should not have crminals and cops. Maybe some other stuff. I mean, Pokemon Watcher is stupid. Try and catch a pokemon, and you can sell it for like, 500 dollars if a common. Or sketch it for 100 or 200. There is no point in that. Either way; we will think of somethin.

Well where is the fun in an RPG if you catch the PKMN every single time without doing anything but saying "Pokéball, GO!"?!?!?! And, oh yes:
Use Psychic x10 on Gastly! That would KILL the stupid thing, but oh, you MUST catch it, because its STUUUUPID if a PKMN faints! *mumbles something under breath, sounding like i_d__t*

Umm... I'm pretty certian that Dig x5 and Earthquake x2 would DEFINETLY KO a Pokémon... Unless it is flying, in which case it wouldn't be hurt at all and you couldn't catch it
