Algeric is tall and lean but muscular. His hair is of course in the Shienaran fashion. He wears a knee length, high collared dark blue coat. He is considered a handsoem man even though a large scar goes down the left side of his face, this he got from an Aiel spear on the eastern marches.
Algeric is the youngest son of a minor Shienaran noble. His dream from an early age has been to be a Warder. Being the youngest of five sons his father encouraged that dream. He learned to fight with a sword from a very early age and spent his 15th and 16th years honing his skills along the blight and in the East against the Aiel. On his eighteenth birthday his father gave him the gift of his grandfathers sword. He gave him gold for the jouorney and sent him on his way to fullfill his dream. He learned quickly seeing how much he knew from his youth and was quickly awarded the rank of Warder and the cloak that named him to the world.
