 Amber is in the hospitol
Her mom emailed me today to let me know she has went into preterm labor and they are trying so far unsuccessfully to stop it. She is due I beleive July 29th so it is quite a bit to early. Ill keep you posted as Mickey lets me know whats going on.
Please keep amber and leila in your thoughts.

Awww, I'm sorry she's having to go through this,it's such a frightening experience.But, pre-term babies have a lot better chances now, than they used to.They'll both be in my thoughts,that everything turns out well for mom,and baby.
When you talk to her mom again, tell her to give Lou a big hug for me.

awww, no...
l'll keep them both in my thoughts, gaia... and see if l can find a candle to light, tho that's nto always easy round here. everyone's going through shit right now, aren't they?

I've got Amber in my thoughts, I'll burn some incense tonight.
Preemies do much better these days, not as early as my nephew, who was 3 months early, okay? He's married with a few kids of his own now.

Sending healing thoughts their way. By the way, my daughter was born 12 weeks early, and she's perfectly normal and healthy.

sorry i didnt update! She is home on breathin they are trying to hold her off for 2 weeks but so far everything is looking good. We should have a leila by the end of the month! leila is strong and kicking....just ask amber *snicker* and her heart rate is doing great! so so far so good! thank u all for your thoughts and prayers!

oh, gaia! that's great, l'm glad to hear she's doin better.. l think sam and l will be thinking of her for a while yet though.

Good to hear that Amber and daughter are doing better now. It is scarey to think your baby might be born too early, especially since besides the obvious health concerns, the doctors want to keep the baby in the hospital and not let you go home (at least that is how it used to be last time I paid any attention (!)
Please tell Amber I am sending her hugs next time you talk to her.

Glad to hear Amber & baby are doing better. My youngest DD was 11 weeks early. She is almost 20 and has a baby of her own who will be a year old in October - and he was about a month early too, come to think about it! 
The closer she gets, the better for the baby - but they sure didn't keep me in the hospital with DD back then. They kept her for 2 months, but sent me home after 5 days (C-section). Now they even send the C-sections home within 2 or 3 days!
