An ode to the Wolf
Someone should have done this a long time ago lol
This poem was made in the style of Calvin and Hobbes, so if anyone here reads that...you'll know what I mean
An Ode to the wolf
There along the dark sky cries,
a creature, that among the dead leaves lies,
Tis night, and darkness falls,
hear, the shadow calls!
Awoken from their sleepy deed,
'tis time for them to feed,
Arise, oh creatures, from thy den,
for 'tis time to hunt along the glen!
Ecouraged by these faintly screams,
more wolves join the hunt, it seems.
With great desire to hunt and kill,
and that passion for the everlasting thrill!
Strong and keen in wits;
they tear their prey to bits,
But above all these are creatures,
with extraordinary features!
"Wolves! Wolves, here they come!"
as men joins the fleeing scum,
But truth be as simple and plain:
tis a mistake they won't make again.
Yonder yells a second howl;
there's no stopping; these beasts so foul,
Behold there joins another group, another pack,
fear the night,; for the wolves are back!
Hear the people yell and scream,
for these animals rule supreme,
People stare, greatly mortified,
'cause they cannot run, nor hide!
Oh, black-shaped, fierce ferocity,
oh, sharp-eyed, fighting atrocity,
Wake thy brothers, sisters and come,
to hunt in the great glen along!
Re: An ode to the Wolf
aww, thank you, *face becomes pretty red*
though never as brilliant as your stories!
mayhaps you'll be lucky enough to see one of the 'good' ones one day, mayhaps *smiles mysteriously*
EDIT
