BEWARE BAD BOAT BROKERS!! Please be VERY careful when buying houseboats, especially if it's your first boat and you are inexperienced. Make sure you thoroughly research every aspect of the purchase and get everything in writing if possible as you could find that you are badly advised, buy an unsuitable boat, lose lots of money and find that there is nothing you can do about it! Very good advise. We are talking about your home here so you much be very careful and make sure you cover every angle.
