Basic Gym Equipments
I'm an IT-professional working several hours in a day. Of late people have started telling me that I'm becoming obese and getting all the fat at the wrong places.
I'm worried but don't really have the time to go to the gym.
Can you tell me what are the basic gym equipments that I can bring home so as to stay fit?
