Wesley Snipes (Demolition Man, White Men Can't Jump) stars in this 1998 action/horror thriller as the half-human/half-vampire Blade, who, along with his mentor, Whistler (Kris Kristofferson, Lone Star), must hunt down their evil nemesis, Deacon Frost (Stephen Dorff, Judgement Night, Deuces Wild) and stop his devious plan to create the ultimate vampire.

BLADE was on TBS the other night , I was sooo dissapointed ,cuz they edit out most of all the good scenes! Especially my fav line,"he had the sword,etc,etc.." I was pretty unhappy! You dont wanna watch it on tv ,if ,u never saw it before,"Trust Me!"

that is so true..I hate how they edit out lines...so you got a point..rent the movie before you watch it on TV..then again I think the first time I saw it was on TV..then I went out and bought the DVD..lol..then I sat there going I dont' remember that line...

i saw the move before i ever saw it on TV...and when i did see it on tv..i gasped.....it was so horrible....I was looking for a large blunt object to huck at the tv..lol.....the editing is aweful and makes me feel depressed that they could ruin such a beautiful movie with editing...blech.

Oh I seriously hate when they do that...how they just talk over someones voice expecting us to belive it's really them...I swear those people must think we're stupid...
btw thank you dorffbabe for the link...such a shame it's channels I don't have...lol..but that's always the case...but it's great to see his films are actually showing on TV and not just something you'd have to go buy in shady parts of town..lol....

As for findin his movies, Christmastime , I ,actually, had a wishlist ,filled wit his filmography, and my dad had soooo much trouble findin his movies! I'm still workin on , gettin them all!

Actually, if it's any encouragement, my Steve, although not an expressive fan like me, enjoys Stephen's work.
In fact, just as a funny aside, he (Steve) had been pestering me for years (at least five, before we knew Stephen was in it!) to see Space Truckers *lol*
But, apart from this wacky picture, Steven also enjoyed Entropy, Blade and SFW. He acknowledges that Stephen is a good actor and he appreciates Stephen's original choices in movies.
You're not alone, DorffJunkie! There are other guys who have good taste, too.

but to answer dorffbabes question i'll be 21 on monday, and i actually had no clue who he was when my friend liked him...she just thought he looked really cute...but then i saw blade and it's like OMG he's so cool...so i'm pretty sure the day I saw blade I was like now this guy can act...and I became a fan...it wasn't until I started talking to our amazing board founders that I become even more obsessed...
