Bulgaria in Antarctica
Hi folks!

You might be interested to download a high resolution JPEG image of the recently published large-scale map of Livingston Island, Antarctica from:

In particular, one may notice on the map the names Asparuh, Avitohol, Botev, Burgas, Delchev, Gabrovo, Hemus, Kaliakra, Kresna, Kuber, Kubrat, Levski, Maritsa, Melnik, Mesta, Miziya, Omurtag, Orpheus, Paisiy, Plovdiv, Presian, Rila, Rozhen, Sliven, Spartacus, St. Cyril, St. Ivan Rilski, St. Kliment Ohridski, St. Methodius, St. Naum, Struma, Tangra, Tarnovo, Vaptsarov, Varna, Vazov, Vidin, Vihren, Yambol, Zograf etc., among the present 200 established Bulgarian names in Antarctica.

These names are integral part of the authoritative international registry of all Antarctic names, the SCAR Composite Gazetteer of Antarctica. Details of the relevant geographical features and the origin of their names are available at:
