I'm technically unable to register in this census which is an outrage since due to a combination of swicthing isp's and a hefty coursework load at uni I'm only just aware that many MANY weeks later than legally provised for registration for election is held! Convieniently when I've got 3 pieces of uni course work and a change of ISP's and I add a very very close friends birthday celebrations (the only friend closer than phil is tom and he warned me about registration when i was unable to respond) due to phils birthday drinking i was unable to register any earlier tonight and am sickened my exclusion from the elections despite my activity of late compared to others!
