Circumcision of the flesh was prescribed for the Jewas in the OT since Abraham. In this dispensation, we receive the circumcision of the heart when we repent with a Godly sorrow...which is followed is followed by remission of sins when we are baptized calling upon the Name of the Lord Jesus.
