west bank boy Amicus Posts: 1222 (8/31/07 4:12 am)	Czech CEZ and Hungary's MOL to cooperate PRAGUE (Thomson Financial) - Czech power group CEZ and Hungary's oil and gas group MOL signed an agreement to create a "strategic alliance" in a bid to join forces in expanding in central and south-eastern Europe, CEZ said today. To boost the alliance, CEZ is considering the possibility of buying up to a 10 pct stake in MOL, CEZ said. The possible purchase of the shares as well as the conditions of the cooperation should be decided within the next two months. "Countries in which MOL operates correspond to the target territory of CEZ's expansion," said Martin Roman, CEZ chief executive and board chairman. "The cooperation with MOL is an opportunity for CEZ to boost its position on energy markets in central and south-eastern Europe," he added. The joint venture should be aimed at building steam-gas-powered plants, CEZ said. The first two plants should be built on the premises of MOL's refineries in Slovakia's capital Bratislava and Hungary's town of Szazhalombatta. Further details, including the planned installed capacity, will be announced after the ongoing negotiations are over, CEZ said. As for purchasing the MOL stake, CEZ said it is considering to buy up to a 10 pct stake directly from MOL. west bank boy Amicus Posts: 1224 (8/31/07 4:24 am)	Re: Czech CEZ and Hungary's MOL to cooperate now tell me Bonni, MOL is selling 10% of it's shares to the Czech while Romania's Rompetrol sold 75% of it's shares to my Mongol Uzbek brother. so that means Romania only control 25% of Rompetrol's share while Hungary is gonna be controlling 90% of MOL's share , very good business Bonni . 75% to the control of the muslims , gosh muslims are taking over world.
west bank boy Amicus Posts: 1225 (8/31/07 4:31 am)	Re: Czech CEZ and Hungary's MOL to cooperate ey Bonni, tell me something and dont be shy. you said in ur last post here that Rompetrol will soon swallow MOL. yeh really i believe u , well MOL and Czecho's CEZ have formed a coalition strategic alliance and will conquer Rompetrol and all the Balkans nations oil reseorches, dont forget the Czech who are very strongly good in trade businesses.
