DT2005-012 - County Governance Act
I don't know what number we're at.
Anyway, this is for discussion.
County Governance Act
1. The Appendices of the Constitution of the Republic authorize several Counties.
2. Each County with two or more residents may form a government. Such a government must:
2.1 be subject to regular elections;
2.2 permit all residents to legislate;
2.3 coexist with an indepdendent judiciary, or the jurisdiction of the High Court of Talamthom.
3. The government of Talamthom must provide forum space, if available, to any county intent on organizing.

I see no reason to carry on the debate for this legislation. Do i hear a second for my calls for its outright rejection?
