DT2005-016 Constitutional ammendment article 7 The Dail
I propose to remove the blatent ambiguity of article 7.1:
Quote:1. GENERAL. The Dáil Tománn (Parliament of Talamthom), is hereby recognised as the primary legislative body of the Republic and may pass legislation by majority vote, rounded up to the nearest whole Minister.
to:
Quote:1. GENERAL. The Dáil Tománn (Parliament of Talamthom), is hereby recognised as the primary legislative body of the Republic and may pass legislation by a first past the post majority vote of ministers voting in favour of it.
