DT2005-053 - Statement on Recognition of Breuddwyd
Statement of the Dáil Tománn Recognizing the Kingdom of Breuddwyd

It is the opinion of the Dáil Tománn that:

i. the Kingdom of Breuddwyd is a legitimate non-territorial micronational entity.
ii. The governmental bodies of the Kingdom of Breuddwyd legitimately acts on behalf of the citizens of the Kingdom of Breuddwyd.
iii. The Dáil Tománn aknowledges that the communication of King Ciaron I to the representatives of the Republic of Talamthom on the 21st of January 2005 constituted a defacto recognition of this reality.

The Dáil Tománn re-affirms the Republic's recognition of the legitimacy of the Kingdom of Breuddwyd as a non-territorial micronational entity and further recognizes the governmental bodies of the Kingdom of Breuddwyd as the sole legitimate representative of all the citizens of the Kingdom of Breuddwyd.

Signed on behalf of the Dáil,

x..................................
President,
The Republic of Talamthom

Does the Kingdom of Breuddwyd officially recognise us, or is it a pure 'de facto' extrapolation?

They issued a statement, almost identical to this in February. I would like to return the favour and use it as a prelude for an actual treaty.

Then by all means, proceed with the discussions ministers. Failing that, let's see some motions and seconds.
