WHEREAS this act is designed to re-affirm the Republic of Talamthom's commitment and posession of Tománn Indo-China (hereinafter 'the Region');

WHEREAS Sovereignty of the Region remains solely in the hands of the Republic as confirmed by the Micronational Cartography Society (MCS) and as respected by the Republic's allies;

WHEREAS The Constitution of the region, until such a time as regional constitution is written, shall be the Constitution of the Republic;

WHEREAS Governance of the Region shall be organised by the new Foreign and Overseas Territories Office (FOSTO). They can appoint anyone within FOSTO to be the Governor of the Region with the Presidents final assent;

WHEREAS Local Government in the form of a Regional Assembly, can be organised by residents when the citizenship of the Region exceeds three (3). This Assembly will have the Governor as its Head and will be open to all interested parties in the Region. It will have powers to deliberate on all issues within the Region (secession excluded);

BE IT ENACTED by the President's signature that Tománn Indo-China is protected eternally by Tománnach Law and may be allowed to continue to exist free from oppressive forces.
