DT2005-061 Referendum
I think we are going to have to repeal the Inactive Party Ammendment as it wasn't passed using the Garine reading of constitution by my own.

Should i do this or should we let it be as it was a mistake (but with the bill receiving high levels of support)?

Re: DT2005-061 Referendum
In fact i have decided to take action. I will be repealing the ammended version of the constitution and the Inactive Party Ammendment from the Statute Book - effective immediately.

A copy of this and any other constitutional ammendments passed will be closed and stored in Leinster House until the time of the elections.

Yes, this is probably the best course of action. I'm fairly sure the ammendment will pass in November though, so no worries there.

Indeed. Have you seen my new ideas on the subject of Article 13 of the Constitution?
