 DT2005-063 - County Governance Act.
County Governance Act

1. The Appendices of the Constitution of the Republic authorize several Counties and Special Administrative Regions.

2. Each County with three or more residents may form a government. Such a government must:
2.1 be subject to regular elections;
2.2 permit all residents to legislate;
2.3 coexist with an indepdendent judiciary, or the jurisdiction of the High Court of Talamthom.

3. The government of Talamthom must provide forum space, if available, to any county intent on organizing.
