DT2005-066 - Santos Laguna (2005) Act.
WHEREAS this act is designed to re-affirm the Republic of Talamthom's commitment and posession of Santos Laguna de los Mares del Suroeste (hereinafter 'the Island');
WHEREAS Sovereignty of the Island remains solely in the hands of the Republic as confirmed by the Micronational Cartography Society (MCS) and as respected by the Republic's allies;
WHEREAS The Constitution of the Island, shall be the Constitution of the Republic;
WHEREAS Governance of the Island shall rest with the Foriegn and Overseas Territories Ministry, unless a functioning Defence Executive or Committee exists, whereby power shall be transfered, for the duration of their existence, to the Head of said Defence Organisation;
BE IT ENACTED by the President's signature that Santos Laguna de los Mares del Suroeste is protected eternally by Tománnach Law.

Upon noticing an issue I will resubmit the bill as follows:

As far as my couple of Talamthom cents are worth, I'm firmly behind this one. We reaffirmed ownership of TIC in this way, so the corresponding SL act has been conspicuously absent. A footnote in the MCS Immersion Act just isn't enough.
