The Babkhan Oil Act

1. GENERAL. This act will establish an energy supply for the Republic by means of a formal agreement with Babkha [Grand Commonwealth].
1.1 The energy source to be supplied will be crude oil.
1.2 The amount of oil to be supplied will be established following the formal signing of an agreement with the Babkha authorities.

2. SHIPMENT. The oil will be transported via an ocean-going Oil Tanker.
2.1 The shipment will take place twice monthly from the port of Baltyabad in Kumarastan.
2.2 The oil would be shipped to Highport, Talamayo where a new oil refinery would be built.

3. XXX TOMÁNNACH. The regulatory body resposible for energy supply will be named as stated.
3.1 The control of the company, and the subsequent decision making will be controlled on behalf of the Dáil by the Home Office.
3.2 The Interior Minister is the Chief Executive of the Company during his tenure at the Home Office. He is though free to delegate this role to any other citizen with the President's approval.
3.2 The company is therefore a state-owned enterprise.

4. LT FILIMÍN. This act will formally allow for the commissioning of an oil tanker with the aforementioned name.
4.1 The cost of said tanker will be [Gotzborg] Th 65,000.
4.2 The construction of the vessel would be handled by the Königreich Reichlau Schiffbau of the Kingdom of Gotzborg.
4.3 Ownership of the vessel would rest with the Dáil under the umbrella of xxx Tománnach.
