Dark Mark on picture for HBP
Was looking at a high-resolution picture of the stand-up display for Book 6 last night. Looks fairly clear that the main picture is Dumbledore and Harry looking into the Pensieve. At first I thought that Ron, Hermione and Ginny were looking up at the larger picture of Dumbledore and Harry. But I realized that it looks, in fact, as though they are looking up at the Dark Mark. Makes me quite worried, remembering how, in Book 4 when Mr. Weasley is trying to explain to Ron and Harry why people were so upset at seeing the Dark Mark, he asked them to imagine coming home and finding the DM hovering over their house, and knowing what they would find inside.
Am quite worried about the Weasleys.

I have to ask. I just don't know what picture you are talking of. Can you show us or post a link to the picture?

I'm so sorry! I thought I did post a link... must not have worked. Let's try again.
Here's a link to a closeup of the particular part that I mean. The column that you see going up the middle of the picture is the base of the Pensieve which Harry and Dumbledore are using in the main cover drawing.

Could it be, that DD is letting Harry use his pensive to see what happened that fateful Halloween night?
The memories are there cause the dementors bring the memories out.
Could it be that we will find out really what happened that night?

Thank you for posting the link Ree. Perhaps Dumbledore and Harry are looking at a memory of something from Dumbledore's past. Perhaps not. I guess we will have to wait and see.
Is the red head on the right Ginny you think?

Could be just an indicator of Voldemort and the DEs in general. For the limited space of a book cover, it's a good symbol of what Harry et al are up against. I am sure they will play a very prominent role as they have gradually become more visible throughout the series.
