Dat task force tingy
Whale talked to sum peepuls bout dat task force tingy. Deys said dat cuz Whale got all lebeled up dat da TF went byebye. Whale telled um dat was silly an hims was no happy. Deys said deys no can fix its and Whale perty muches out of dat luck stuff.

The TFs have a minimum and maximum level for being able to do them. If you missed them and really want to do it, you might want to do what I did. Make the character on Training Room and go through the TFs there.
That. or have a lower level character that isn't Killer Whale go through them.
I think Positron's is level 10-14, with level 15 mobs, and Synapse's is 15-19 with level 20 mobs. Not sure about Sister Psyche and the rest.

There's a post on the Player FAQ's section of the official boards that lists levels for the Task Force missions. I don't recall them all, but Positron's is level 10-16, with level 15 mobs, and Synapse's is 16-21 with level 20 mobs. The leader of the group can only be as high as the level of the mobs though, unless he/she dings during the actual mission.
Not that I know any of this from personal experience...

Joos mebbe no unnerstand Whale. Whale was on one of dem TF tingies. Black atum, Headacheman, Lolla, Fenris, buglady and a few udders wuz wif hims. Wees did gooderest and gitted to da last parts. It was laterest so wees all went nappy time as wuz gunna finish it up da next day. When Whale wakey wakey hims was no in da Tf tingy anymoor. Whale tinked mebbe hims did an oopsie but den eberybuddy else in da TF tingy had da same ting happens. Da TF tingy just wented poofty.

If that happened, I hope you /bugged it in game. The TFs all work on the test server, and I think that patch went live before I went on vacation. Now, I have to catch up to everyone.

Whale gitted anudder emails bout dis. Deys said da reason wees all gttied booted is cuz Whale and Fenny was 21 and da server did one of dem reset tingies. When da serber comed back up it seed wees was 21 and did a oopise and brokeded up da TF. Whale still no happy bout it but dere nuffin hims can do bout it.

Dunno when or how it happened or ifn deys meen da serber falleded down an wen boom. Dey just says da serber wented down and dats wut made da TF brokeded.
