Posts: 243 (30/11/05 14:29) Reply	Defense Minister visits TIC militia Minister of Defense Edgard Portela speaks to troops during a meeting in a hangar at a Tomann Indo China militia base. Portela spoke about the need for the establishment of a national military, and spoke about the National Defense Bill, which was authored by him. This stop was part of a trip through the region to meet with troops stationed in TIC. MY BLOG - leave a comment, you lazy... argh.
