Different Shamanic paths...
Since the debate has come up, why not turn this into a wonderful learning experience.
Would anyone like to share any of the different Shamanic paths you walk or have studied? There are many and all different in many ways. Personally I think all have something to teach...
All good things,
Sky
P.S. Let's not get hung up on words this time.. if you feel I word you are using might be misunderstood.. please include a brief definition as to how you are using the word.. fair enough?

Excellent idea Sky!
When I am feeling a bit better(sorry to hear about your headache Gaia, I have some aches in other places today.) I would like to discuss and hopefully learn more about Siberian Shamanism.

Re: Different Shamanic paths...
I consider myself eclectic warrior shamanic path, but i have paid a lot of attention to native american, celtic ( the warrior part comes from here as well as my past.) , and other religions pulling out universal truths and increasing my own knowledge and understanding.
my path is thus far without a teacher.
i read voraciously, i follow in the footsteps of others till i've gotten it down and can do it without someone telling me how or having to go do further reads. guess that's how i can say I walk a solitary path.
And i walk it daily not on sundays or wed night.
