Do you have my forms?
The answer: probably. There are a handful of students' forms I don't have, and I have been in touch with them. So, if you haven't gotten an email from the office, or if your guidance office hasn't called you in to ask if you still plan on coming, chances are good we received your forms.

And in the June 1 mailing it will say exactly what we have from you and what is missing.
