Where can I download the latest patch (1.09) for RPGM2k?

I don't wanna live with FishRoy!

I don't know about the latest, but theres a fairly good one for 2K at Dragoon's RPG 2000 site. It fixes the small font size on the event editor, and changes the phrasing of some of the event options so tyou can read it better. I'm not sure, but I think it chanfges the music around a bit too.
