I would liketo keep this policy as it is. If we change it we serve only to discourage more citizens joining. Additionally some of our best citizens have been/are dual citizens.

Well with regards to the signing of the treaties it means that we openly endorse people from the GC and Gotzborg to be citizens of Talamthom, but, in many respects, we cannot really force the issue too much. At the end of the day these guys are our allies and we don't want to milk them of their life-blood.
What we need to do is possibly let people know that they would be welcomed if they were to become Tománn citizens without making too much of a big deal about it.
I will admit that at present i am unsure as to how exactly such a thing can be conducted. Answers in a postcard anyone?

an idea
an idea would be to send personal notifications of dual citizenhip satus that exists between the nations and ofcourse sending-letting oyo to send -notres and the other micronations
and the other Micronations are ofriendly to tt and this is good we are a good neutral state
my keyboard id broken for this reason the problems exist

Upon reviw i have some issues with the ideas raised at i might be seen as overt person snatching. I don't wanna be seen as doing so. There is also teh fact that it would be nice to attract some fresh blood.

Well how do you want to go about this. You should have some kind of agreement with the Dáil about what you are going to do - especially when you are going into foreign territories!
