Having been outdone by Oz with respect to speed in checking in, I will also grant him exclusive rights to the third person thing he has going.
Anyway, I am in possession of a (limited) number of references, but I will be posting a partial bibliography in the next week or so that may be of interest to the US WW1 sixth-scale enthusiast. Unfortunately, I don't have much of anything for other nations.
From there, we can resort to trivia. I promise not to lie.

No answer from me right now, I'm too far from my references.
HOWEVER, I have a very nice guide to the unit histories of all the US units in WW1, even those "colored" infantry units under French command alongside their "colonial" forces.
Ray, I will bring it to the next meeting. There are some good pictures in this little volume.
