susieq73069 Registered User Posts: 7 (10/2/08 15:32) Reply	EZ supporter I renewed my ez supporter very early this morning (around 2:30a.m.). I still have the message that I need to renew it. The original date to expire is October 5, 2008. I would like to have it showing so that I can sync it up with my susieq73069 yuku nic. I usually have problems every time I try to sync ez and yuku up so I would like to have the ez one showing so that when it messes up I can e-mail yuku to correct it. Thank you for your time. Opening that ticket was the right thing to do, but you will need to add the following information to it: 1. method of payment 2. date of transaction 3. credit-card invoice number OR PayPal transaction number 4. e-mail address used for transaction (if different than the address used on your help ticket) If you go ahead and reply to the ticket, adding that information, that will save time. If you don't already know, to view/reply to your ticket, log into your Helpdesk account by using the login panel on this page. If you don't know your Helpdesk password, click the "lost password" link on the login panel. Quote: I think I may have posted this in the wrong place. No problem. :) The Help forums are usually the best place for such things, but it doesn't matter very much, these days. Most ezboards have migrated to Yuku, so the ezboard Help board and this Bug Base board are both very quiet.
