EZUp Stirrups
Replaces your standard stirrup and drops down 3" for mounting and then locks back into place with the lift of your toe. Available in western or english style.
EZUp Stirrup Extender

They also have an EZUp Leg Saver, which incorporates the 3" drop option, with a stirrup that swivels 360 degrees to allow your leg to hang naturally. They will lock into position. No fighting the fenders (western saddles) to turn the stirrups.
