Honey,did you file a police report about your truck?If so,it's one more thing in your favor,to prove you live in an unsafe environment,in the event you have to move out.That way,if the landlord decides to be an ass and take you to court,you can say that you could NOT continue to live in such an unsafe place,and have proof.I think the number of police calls to the complex should be proof enough of that.

While you're at it,get some pictures of that crumbling step outside your building,and take some shots of the assholes hanging around outside in the middle of the night,partying and getting drunk.That way,you'll have those to take with you if you wind up needing to go to court over it ,too.Trust me,I've had to do stuff like that,and have won my case.Get as many people as you can to sign statements about the air conditioning being broken,and how long it's been broken.I'll even send you one,because it was broken when I was there.That alone is against the law.Your landlord is responsible for making sure you have working heat and air conditioning.Also make sure you have documented every time you've reported it broken.

As for the headaches,I'm sure part of it is stress,but honey,you and I both know that about half of that stress is controllable.And I know you well enough to know exactly what you would say to me,if we were talking about it face to face right now,and I said that to you.You would roll your eyes,and say,"I know." and change the subject.So,on that note,I love ya kiddo.
