FAO: The incoming Foreign Minister
Sir, first let me welcome you to your new post and congratulate you on your appointment. I have taken it upon myself to leave a couple of notes with suggestions as to how to proceed -- it is of course entirely up to you to ignore this advice if you see fit.
The first order of the day should be tracking down existing treaties with other micronations (a process I have begun with Gotzborg), and creating new replacement treaties if no records can be found. When a treaty is reestablished, it needs to be forwarded to the Dáil Tománn for re-ratification.
During this process, you will probably find it helpful to re-draft the 'example Talamthom treaty of friendship and recognition', which you can probably extrapolate from the Talamthom-GC treaty. Mr Kelly has a copy, which incidentally also needs to gain Dáil ratification.
After this, it should be back to business as usual. ;-) Good luck, sir.

Thanks Tom. I hope you understand that my suggestions were meant with respect, and I have no intention of doing your job for you here. ;-)
