Fashion TV, is it art? is it porn? is it genuis?
Incredibly thin, incredibly sexy, incredibly low IQed, beauitufl women swaying, strapping, striding, gliding, sashaying, across that catwalk, the music, the atmosphere, the sex-appeal, the fabrics, the industry, the performance, the market, the designs, the photography, the 24hours advertising of labels, of beauty, of mind numbing repititions, how do you define this thing called FTV?
Re: Fashion TV, is it art? is it porn? is it genuis?
I haven't seen FTV, but I remember back...er...way back...there was this show which had this sexy music playing (Shiva or something like that...stupid brain) and on the screen were one or two spandex clad and very hot looking women doing something akin to exercises on the floor, but even with a limited imagination it was a little more than just exercising...they would stare into the camera with these expressions...wow...er...everytime I saw that "show" I had to smoke a cigarette...and I don't even smoke.
FTV...hmmm. Wait a minute. I'm not sure I need to see that at all. It is like strip clubs...I never understood the concept of a strip club. The very few times I have ever gone to one (less than 5) I end up feeling sorry for the stupid men in there and even sorrier for the strippers. And even if I found sliding around on a pole sexy, what is the point of getting incredibly horny and then...nothing. Nope. I don't need that...I have enough trouble with my own...er...never mind.
----- Other than THAT, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Heheheh, yeah, I get your point.
FTV isn't really porn, but it consists mostly of sexy women wearing sexy clothes. Yeah, that pretty much defines it. But its also kinda like MTV because there's always excellent music. Its the type of channel you just keep turned on even if your not watching TV cuz its great music and should you happen to glance at the screen there's always be a hot body walking by. I mean, who ever thought of it is a genius!
Whats so clever about it is that they advertise every aspect of the fashion industry. You get profiles on the designers, the photographers, the make-up artists, the coiffures, the DJs, the models themselves of course, and they're all short and sweet and repetitive, especially designed for the short-spanned modern day mind.
