Fast Track Menu
Here's the link to the Fast Track menu for you ladies that are bootlegging it. You're suppose to follow the plan for two weeks to give your metabolism a jump start. I also comes with a 37 min dvd but you can easily do your own "moderate intensity" workout to supplement. Supposedly, you're not suppose to use any of your Flex points while following Fast track. Not sure if you can use you AP to supplement to help get you over a hump as 20 points a day is really restrictive. My normal points target is 30 points but I want to try Fast Track out to see what kind of results I get.

BTW, you've got to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to open and read the menu.

thanks for sharing what does "red light" edition refer to on the higher protein eating menu

"Red light" means to follow the portion size to the letter and limit the number of foods that you choose from the list as those are usually higher point choices.
