I have 5 living birth children (2 I was not destined to cary to term) and one 20 year old spirit daughter whom i couldnt love more if i had birthed her myself! She is a member here, amber lou 2? yup thats my baby!! We tease and say when her spirit was ready for this incranation, I was only 10, so she chose another womb... but really she belongs to me!!
And I live in the Ohio valley area of Kentucky

fav group in Black Hawk... love the sound...its different
scoty: the most important lesson i want to teach the kids is tolerance AND acceptance. Its easy to teach one but necessary to teach both and to not be selective about it. The why of it is simple, we will never be at peace spiritually if we allow our children to beleive it is ok to hate or think other creatures/ humans are inferior. I dont even let my dad tell them they were better then a drug addicted sister in law, because they WERENT... they were simply in a position to not make her mistakes. Being able to walk in someones shoe prints and learn from their stumbles enriches us all. AAnd it shouldnt be one group or another doing it...we all should and we should start with the kids! Puts away the  its a subject very close to my heart i guess
