Gaia's 2nd Album
It occurred to me after waiting 10 minutes for the 1st album to load that thi was annoying...so to increase load time i started another...since i dont yet have half the critters up!
For those who wer not members when hank went missing, hank was in a crippleing accident a couple of months ago. He went missing for quite some time and sam and i searched the area surrounding our property for i know 25 to 30 miles in every direction, but could not find him. One day sam was walking down the hill (after looking at me and saying mommy i dreamed of hank, i have a feeling he will come home) lying on the hill crawling up the hill on his belly was hank. His legs were, near as i can figure, broken in 3 places, both hips dislocated and the bone of one leg had broken threw the skin. Sam carried him in and out while he healed to us the batheroom, sat by him whele he was outside lying in snowbanks (that seemed to help the swelling and since hank felt it a good idea and it helped him, we didnt intervene)
The vets refused to see him with out 500 up front becausew of the extent of the injuries but a neighbor of mine works with a vet and she stooped and looked at him had the vet come out and take a peak. Both felt that in the shape he was in he wouldnt understand why we dropped and abandoned him somewhere to be tormented (they would have had to rebreak a LOT of hips and bones to reset it) since my fear was depression would KILL him, and it was a matter of a dead dog or a lame dog...i opted for lame. His quality of life is quickly improving as he heals (with help from the cotes members who kept he and sam in their hearts threw this ordeal)
Sam was by his side threw it all, its not hard to understand that Hank came back for his boy and only his Boy!

AWWWWWWWWW!!!!!Proof positive that love heals all,aint it?I'm so happy to see them both doing so well now.This experience,painful as it was for them both,was also good for them both.
