Gift From the Grand Commonwealth
Your Honour, President Grieve:
As per the understanding between the Grand Commonwealth and the Republic of Talamthom, and at the behest of his Imperial Majesty the Protector of the Grand Commonwealth, Chancellor of the Exterior and Shahanashah of Babkha, Ardashir Osmani I, am most pleased to make unto the Republic of Talamthom the gift of ten HaT-11 Altair fighters.
These jets will be delivered to the air base of your choice, where our pilots will then remain for 2 weeks in order to train your personnel in flight and maintenance of the aircraft. Should you require assistance beyond that period, we will be more than happy to make ourselves available to you.
We know that the HaT-11 will serve you well, yet we pray that the day you are forced to prove their worth in combat never comes.

On behalf of the Republic of Talamthom, I'd like to thank yourself, the Chancellor and the Grand Commonwealth for this gift. As you know, we count the Grand Commonwealth among our principle allies in Micras, and appreciate your continued affirmation of the relationship our nations enjoy.
With regards to the delivery of the aircraft, I shall request that our Director of the Military (Mr Portela) contact you to arrange the specifics. I am certain that the aircraft will be most gratefully recieved wherever they land.
