[Gotzborg] Complaint
Minister,
On behalf of Gotzborg, I would like to register a complaint at your Home Minister's lack of protocol after he posted a note in our Kingdom looking for citizens. The offending post has been removed to our Cabinet office for reference and comment.
I understand what the possible and actual drive was supposed to be based on what we had spoken of a couple months ago, but that kind of thing needs more inter-discussion as opposed to dead-on phishing for citizens.
I do not expect anything to be done except to cease with this line of citizen gathering, we have both seen too many times in the past the reputations which are hurt by such activity.

King Gotzborg,
I appreciate your annoyance at this. Our Interior Minister was told that advertising for citizens would focus at areas outside of micronationalism. I do not understand where things went wrong.
The situation will be addressed.

Sir,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
This was indeed totally unacceptable, and not in line with our government policy. Anticipate a formal apology posted to your Foreign office by myself or Mr O Ceallaigh in the near future.

Thank you gentlemen, personally I prefer resolution to situations in less public ways, however there are times where the record needs to be placed.
As it is, we do not require a formal apology from our friends in Talamthom, we merely wish to state that this note was one of notice from us before potentially other postings in other nations were made. The resultant comments, complaints and verbosity sometimes make for a rougher ride from people not as familiar with the Harp Republic.
My compliments to the President, the Government and all citizens of Talamthom, you're a good bunch.

Yes, on reflection a formal appology posted to Gotzborg could draw undue attention to this situation, which I believe has been sucessfully diffused. As such, I am prepared to drop it.
Your Majesty, please accept this as my (and Talamthom's) formal apology to yourself, on a personal level.
