Gout
Hi. I have gout on my right foot's big toe. I think it's close to feeling frostbite on that area. Anyway, I have my pain reliever but I would like to ask if there are other tips you can give me to get rid of it if it's possible? Thank you very much.

Re: Gout
In my case, I take colchicine (my pain reliever) very reliable and very much available on any pharmacy out there. Make sure you avoid food rich in uric acid. For sure, your doctor already asked you to change your diet. Do you already experience those lumps on your toe? I have mine on my fingers. :(
