First of all I would like to say that Talamthom is really quite some nation - for a start it has 10,000 odd posts on your forum. That really is an achievement in itself.
Anyway, I am King Oscar, leader of New Oscland. We are quite a well devloped nation that is around eight months old and has more than sixty registered citizens.
I am interested in forming some kind of diplomatic relationship with Talamthom. What type of relationship I do not mind; a peaceful one of friendship and recognition etc or a full on allience.

Okay, on our forum (www.mmgland.co.uk/phpBB2) there is a proposed treaties for all nations wanting to become allies with New Oscland, or vise versa.
We have had some technical difficulties whilst trying to install a MOD (for phpBB) that allows citizens to earn our currency when they post. All previous posts had been removed.
