Very much different. We have the same historic roots. The biggest difference is that we want to promote our Provinces and encourage political pluralism.
We have eight Provinces and , at last count, five registered political parties.

Okay. So I am a little confused. What happenned to the VCC in relation to your country? Was/is it something to do with Jacobus? I was under the impression the only country allowed to call itself Cyberia was the VCC.

We come from a common history. It's OK with us if they use the name, but they are nearly defunct.

Mr President,
I am a little dubious about persuing relations with the FRC until such a time that I have spoken to our friends in the VCC. I wouldn't like to cause offense to a country with whom we have had cordial relations with for a while.

We understand your desire to consult. If we may offer an analogy, many nations had diplomatic relations with the West and East Germany, and with both Koreas.
The Chinese situation calls itself to mind as well.

This is something you have assumed, caution was being excersised, nothign else. We have a treaty with the VCC and so other considerations had to come first. Anyway after being insulted by a fanatical supporter of your nation you can consider the faint glimmer of interest that remained extinguished. The FOSTO is not interested.
