Guild Bank Policies and Guidelines
(1) Avengers maintain two "bank" characters named Avengina and Berthaa. Both characters are alternates, not primary characters, hired for the sole purpose of storage. More "Bankers" may be designated at a later date. Items contained on these "bank" characters can be found in the forum labeled "The Treasury Vault". Avengina primarily stores weapons, armor, and equipment. Berthaa primarily stores spell scrolls and gems used in Skyshrine/Thurgadin/Kael armor quests.
(2) Avengina is ALWAYS equiped with several stacks worth of Peridots, Pearls and other components useful to the guild on Raids. Guild members in need of these components should make arrangements to meet Avengina in either the Plane of Knowledge (where she is bound, at the bank) or the Bazaar prior to a guild raid. She can stock you well with these components.
(3) Avengers have no membership dues -- you are not obligated to contribute anything to the guild vaults at any time. However, the Guild Bank does accept donations of monies or equipment from any source, unless otherwise stated by the Guild Leader. If you have an item or coin you want to donate, go to the Bazaar or Plane of Knowledge contact either Avengina or Shantar (Shantar will log on as Avengina).
NOTE: As a rule of thumb, Shantar "tithes" 10% of his monthly "earnings" into the Guild Vault once each month. Again, Avengers are not required to do this, but I wanted it known what my personal practice is.
(4) Avengina will keep attentive records to all donations and withdrawls on the guild website. Requests made for Guild Funds can be made by anyone, and reasonable requests shall not be denied to members, but exorbitant amounts (as determined in a case-by-case basis) may be denied.
(5) Monies loaned from the bank (for the purposes of buying a weapon or raising tradeskills) are expected to be repaid within one month's time. There is a 5% rate of interest (flat fee) on all monies borrowed -- see the Treasury Vault for more details.
(6) Equipment loaned from the bank is the property of the guild, and is not to be sold without consent from the Guild Officers or Guild Leader. Members who leave the guild are expected to return any equipment on loan.
