I appreciate you may be busy with other concerns, but this is a crucial time for Talamthom and I would personally welcome your participation in the Dáil as soon as possible, as we nominate and move to vote in a Speaker for the coming term.

Although it is true that Mr Garine personally caused the delay of our last elections, he did so completely legally, and almost certainly for the best. If we'd continued with an unconstitutional appointment, the current Government wouldn't have a legal leg to stand on.
So we have to look a little deeper for the blame. The elections were delayed because of two reasons:
1) The mechanism for ammending the constitution was cumbersome, and required the participation of an entirely extraneous political organ.
2) The current inactivity of most of the people associated with Talamthom made it difficult to find an effective EC.
Neither of these were Mr Garine's fault. As such, I'd like to see people lay off with the petty resentment, and for Mr Garine's part, perhaps a little less whinging about a situation he played a part in.

I have never appointed Mr Garine to anything.
Mr Paine 'suffers from poor internet access availability'. Despite being at university in a major european capital - Dublin - in one of Irelands best universities!!
