How do you know?
How do you know he's Mr Right?
He'll come to you....
And when he does, you'll KNOW it's him.
Your hearts will feel so connected, it's just amazing,
and you couldn't even begin to imagine a life wthout him
without wanting to cry.
You would give up ANYTHING just to be at his side,
even if it meant giving up anything and
everything you've ever held dear.
If you know he really wants something,
and it's in your power to give it to him,
you would do so without a second thought.
His wants and desires become yours,
and your dreams are his dreams.
He will be the one you've always dreamed of...
the one man you know you can watch movies with
and cuddle on the couch with him anytime.
And you'll know...you'll just know he's right for you.
He will hold doors open for you.
He will call you every night,
just so your voice is the last thing he hears...
And you won't be able to sleep if you haven't heard his.
He will be the one to hold you close
and soothe away your fears with the smallest word.
He will protect you form harm,
even if the darkness is within.
And when the past comes back to haunt you...
He'll take his sword and not only chase it away,
but carve it into small pieces
so it can't come back to bite you.
He'll take you to his friends
and show you off.
And even if it's just an old t-shirt and ratty jeans,
he'll tell you that you are the most
beautiful woman on earth.
He'll tell you that the pie is the best he's ever had,
even if the crust wasn't baked through and it's soupy.
He'll take the leftovers to work,
just so he can brag about your culinary prowess.
Even when your hair is tangled and knotted,
he'll still run his hands through it
and tell you how much he adores you.
He won't hesitate to help you dye your hair
even though he's never done it before
and it will stain his hands an odd colour for days.
When you look into his eyes, you'll see nothing but love.
When he speaks to you, his voice is soft and warm.
When he touches you, his hands are gentle and caressing,
as if he's petting a sleeping kitten.
And the thought of spending the rest
of your life with him warms your heart,
and at the same time, makes it beat faster.
And you can't wait to start your family.
And you love him...unconditionally.
