How sweet it is.
The fools each and every one of them, they'd all but handed the Great Lord his victroy. Not that the Illianer cared she was extatic to say the least. Arine sat on her bed combing out her long raven locks, humming a happy tune. Her pale skin contrasting against the darkness of her hair. The Yellow grinned and thought just how sweet the taste of victory was. So much sho she thought she may need a glass of milk to wash it down. Standing she donned her shift. Of course she'd never let anyone know, not outside the two she knew on the Supreme Council.
Going to her closet the healer pulled out a white dress, mourning for the Amyrlin who had perished. That was a sweet victory as well. It gave her room to go higher in the Tower, perhaps ever all the way to the Amyrlin Seat, the Yellows knew she was good for it, having served as First Weaver, and Sitter as well, some of the others would back her too any of the Blacks that knew her.
Straightening out her skirts she put a white ribbon in her hair and grabbed her yellow fringed shawl. Looping it around her elbows she wiped the smile from her face and stepped out of her room. Perhaps there would be someone in the infirmary she can heal, as she walked through the halls she could feel the eyes on her, and almost hear the whispers behind her back. Yes a sweet vicotry in deed, she would have to remember to pardon the Reds.

Anberlin walked down the halls. She had just come from the infirmay and was drained. Between healing and teaching healing to two accepteds she was ready for some rest.
She nooded an aknowledgment to Arine Sedai as they passed in the hall. She was heading the way Anberlin had just come. Anberlin didn't really have anything against the other yellow, they had served together for many years and been through many battles and changes of the tower, both wearing the same stole on their shoulders. There was somthing about the woman though that Anberlin didn't like. She had no reason for it though and tried to shake it off. They were both in position for the Amyrlin seat. Anberlin had thought she wanted the position, but after much more thought she realized that she had come ot the tower to heal and that is what she wanted to continue to do till the end of her days.
