I prepose that we put in a lottery here.
Just and idea. Could charge $1,000 a ticket. You pick 5 numbers 1 - 9, and that is your. Then, once a week or so, you could use a dice roller or draw outta a hat or something to get the numbers. Of course, there should be a limit of maybe two or three tickets a person.

If you match:

One Number: Win back $1,000
Two Numbers: Win $2,000
Three Numbers: Win $4,000
Four Numbers: Win $8,000
Five Numbers: Win $20,000
