Well, yes and no.
I look at each deck as a slightly different variation of telling the story about our journey through life. Some decks have Strength as#8 of the major arcana and Justice as #11, others have them the opposite, niether way is wrong, just looking at things a bit differently. Just as different people telling the same story, with the same lessons contained within the story, but each persons telling of the story is a bit different.
