There has never been a Chinese Soviet Republic of Indo-China! In addition, if in fact he is talking about the Semi-Autonomous Region of Tibet, which was a part of the CSR, when Talamthom leased the southern part of the area there were no active citizens present. And, in addition to that, its semi-autonomy - like the real Tibet - meant that the area was actually capitalist anyway!

I feel this man is attempting to waste peoples' time including your own. Feel free to prosecute him or extradite him to us as you see fit. Interestingly he flies the flag of free-tibet as opposed to the actual flag of the CSR!!
