My name is Amy and my screen name Meldewen is my proper Elvish name. I am 23 years old and I just became a fan of LOTR in January of this year.
I haven't seen THE FELLOWSHIP OF THE RING yet...
I have read LOTR and I am working on getting "The Silmarillion" read as well as "The Hobbit"...
Incidentially, Frodo and Sam are my favorite two characters in LOTR with the Elves and the Hobbits being tied for my favorite races!

Hi Meldewen; wow, your first year of Tolkien and your reading Silmarillion, that's impressive if I do say so myself, and as you probably can't tell by now it's my new standard tradition to craftily create a masterful work of words and punctuation known by all as a runon sentance; my name is Ellienad Telcontar and you can call me Ellie or ET; I'm the daughter of Arwen Evenstar and Aragorn Telcontar, and that's where it gets confusing because you'll find that most everybody at this site is related in one way or another, take elbereth elvenstar (a local elf) for example: She's engaged to Aragorn (My dad) while playing at being married with Manwe Sulimo (because of her name) and that's the simple part of it; listen carefully because I only like to not explain things once, you don't understand; but anyhoo I'm running out of things to say, um, welcome anyhoo, I think I'll shutup now.

Meldewen. Wlecome to the Blessed Realm(oh no I sound like one of the moving pictures in Harry Potter). Anyway, my name is Caroline, I too just became a LOTR freak this year, but I've only seen the movie and just starting on the book. After I watch the other 2 movies, I will read the books. Just like I am doing now. On this board people call me what my name here is, but I am a dwarf, adopted by hobbits. Pip's family, to be exact, obviously. If you want the story of my life just ask and I will post it somewhere on this board. Most people here already know it. Even our friend Silver, who is also my great aunt(dad's side).

As Ellie has already said, the bloodlines on this page are extremely complicated.Though she is the daughter of Arwen and Aragorn, I am Aragorn's fiancée and Arwen's younger sister.As for Manwe,all I have to say is "He started it!!! "

Hello! Sorry this is late- I just got back from vacation!
Anyway, my name's Susan, but I prefer to go by Meri, and I am 19 as human. As an elbit, I am 550 and am Legolas's much younger half sister.
I got into LoTR about ... *counts* 13 years ago when my dad first read me the Hobbit, and I've been completely obsessed for about a year.
My favorite characters are Merry *dreamy sigh* and Pip. I am a Pervy Hobbit Fancier, as you can tell.
